Liability. 59Wines is a full-service wine concierge service. 59Wines cannot, and does not, guarantee the contents of wine and/or spirits inside a bottle, and cannot guarantee the buyer's satisfaction. While 59Wines will make every reasonable attempt to visually verify that wines are not fraudulent, and are in good condition, the buyer accepts that the purchase of wine is always an at-your-own-risk purchase and is subject to many different variables that affect the quality of the wine, especially rare wine, therefore, 59Wines is not and cannot be held liable for guest dissatisfaction in any way, or any purchase resulting in loss of money or loss of investment, or any legal attempt to recoup money from a purchase. By using the 59Wines service, you agree to remove all liability from 59Wines.
